About this Work
Untitled is a photograph that was taken during a performance by Giesdorf in Berlin in September 2019. It is part of the artist’s ongoing Körpervermessen series, in which she measures distances with her body. The project centres on the relationship between surroundings, bodies, the marks they leave on one another, and the absurdity of measuring the body with devices.
